HoliGAY Market – Vendor Booth Payment Terms of Service
Description of Service
The HoliGAY Market is a curated LGBTQ+ holiday shopping event taking place on Saturday, November 7, 2026 at 1903 Old Hickory Blvd., Old Hickory, TN 37138. By submitting payment, the vendor agrees to participate as a booth vendor at this event, as outlined in the Vendor Agreement.
Vendor booth fees cover the reservation of one booth space, promotion via HoliGAY Market social media and website, and inclusion in printed vendor materials. Booth fees do not include tables, chairs, or electricity unless explicitly selected or purchased as add-ons during registration.
Refund/Cancellation
All vendor booth fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations made by vendors will not be reimbursed under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, weather concerns, or changes in business status.
If the event is canceled by the organizers due to weather, venue issues, or other emergencies, the HoliGAY Market will provide vendors with options including a rescheduled event or a partial refund, at the organizers’ discretion.
No-shows on the event day will forfeit any booth rights and associated fees without recourse.
Shipping
This service does not involve the shipping of physical goods to customers. All vendor services and participation are rendered onsite at the HoliGAY Market.
Force Majeure
HoliGAY Market shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance if caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, pandemic-related shutdowns, or venue emergencies.
Limitation of Liability
Vendors agree that HoliGAY Market, its organizers, volunteers, and partners will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods, nor for personal injuries or other liabilities incurred during the event. Vendors assume full responsibility for their booth and its contents.
No Guarantee
HoliGAY Market does not guarantee vendor sales, attendance numbers, or engagement. Organizers will use best efforts to promote the event and ensure a successful marketplace, but ultimate outcomes may vary.
